Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 5–7+ years of progressive finance experience, FP&A experience required, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Complex financial modeling, Scenario analysis, Working knowledge of financial planning, Forecasting, Variance analysis, Performance management, Independently manage complex deliverables, Multiple priorities with minimal supervision, Translate complex financial data into clear, concise insights, Written and verbal communication skills, Influence without authority, Process improvement, Control enhancement, Analytical rigor, High attention to detail, Operate at a strategic level
Nice to Have
MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced finance credential, Experience supporting revenue, pricing, margin, or GTM-focused organizations, Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and planning tools, Experience in semiconductor, storage, consumer electronics, or technology manufacturing environments
