What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree educated (or equivalent), qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), technical accounting capability, Demonstrable experience of financial forecasting, working in a commercial, business-facing finance or finance business partnering role, analytical skills, advanced Excel and financial modelling capability, Confident partnering with senior stakeholders, credibility to provide challenge, insight, and recommendations, Curious and adaptable, confidence to take on new challenges, operate effectively in areas that may initially be unfamiliar
What You'll Do.
Support the Sales team by applying standard pricing models to new and existing client proposals
guiding price negotiations
ensuring appropriate margins and cash profiles in line with internal guidance
Support in maintaining the corporate forecasting model
ensuring it remains accurate
Partner with colleagues across Finance to assess financial performance
investigate variances
provide clear financial commentary and recommendations
Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial controls
Develop and deliver insightful
timely commercial reporting to support members of the Senior Leadership Team and other stakeholders
