What You'll Do.
support Client Partner / AGM
Account Delivery and Finance Manager
act as Finance business partner/advisor
support delivery of planned financial outcomes
cost and AOP on accounts and related balance sheets
ensure compliance with accounting policies
internal audit and SOX
ensure timely and accurate completion of month end close activities
provide financial reports
review Contracts/Master Service Agreement in terms of Financial and Pricing clauses
identify and analyze risk and assess impact
lead planning cycles (Strategic Planning
ensure complete understanding of cost at account level
ensure forecast accuracy through financial modelling and analysis
drive forecast process
maintain working files and models to support forecast process
deferred and Revenue at Risk related activities
support optimization of cash collection through timely billing
drive margin improvement initiatives
manage and lead ad-hoc projects ensuring compliance with Revenue Recognition principles
AFM guidelines and SOX controls
participate in Balance Sheet Reviews
Asset Impairment Reviews
support and provide information to finance support functions
participate and support internal and external audits
maintain a control environment for assigned areas
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
build and maintain productive, beneficial relationships with Account Managers and delivery management and other internal groups; assist operations’ managers on financial processes, systems, and the financial impact of business decisions; build relationship with Finance leadership and other business functions across the organization; partner with deliver/sell and other stakeholders to resolve various operational/strategic level challenges; participate in the training initiative across DSS teams
