Must Have
Current residency in the Netherlands, Financial Master's degree, Experience in consulting within a bank, Sincere interest in banking, Curious attitude in market, Experience in translating complex data into sound, Experience in giving independent strategic advice to senior, Understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet dynamics of financial, Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify, Design and implement process optimization, Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document, Develop and maintain process maps, procedures, and, Proven advanced excel and powerpoint, Recommend new ways to improve data quality and efficiency
