What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field, experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design), Solid understanding of financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis, SQL skills and experience working with relational databases, Proven experience in data governance, data quality management, and validation processes, Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, Familiarity with ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), Exposure to Azure, cloud data platforms, or data warehousing solutions, Experience with Python or other analytical tools
What You'll Do.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting (P&L
actionable insights for stakeholders
Build and optimise scalable data models using DAX and Power Query
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
and cost optimisation with data-driven insights
Ensure data governance
and consistency across financial datasets and source systems
Integrate multiple data sources into unified
high-performance reporting models
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging new Power BI features
and advanced analytics
Support AI-driven reporting
including forecasting and anomaly detection
in collaboration with data science teams
Own BI roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
