What You'll Achieve.
Ensure timely and accurate free cash flow forecasting; Ensure the integrity of payment activity; Support timely and accurate bank reconciliations; Reduce costs and optimize banking structures; Support departmental objectives

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting field, 1-3 years of treasury/finance experience within a multinational environment, Experience processing payment types across EMEA, APAC, and the U. S., Knowledge of cash management structures, Experience with online banking portals - CitiBank, Bank of America, Demonstrated ability to manage and contribute to project-based work with results orientation, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills, communication skills and ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP, NetSuite is a plus
What You'll Do.
Execute daily treasury operations
Support Global Treasury team
Contribute to process improvements
Participate in ad-hoc initiatives
Execute domestic and international payment transactions
Publish daily foreign exchange rates
Record pay-related journal entries
Maintain daily bank transaction file
Review and decision Positive Pay exceptions
Monitor daily cash positions
Ensure compliance with internal controls
Identify and recommend process enhancements
Support bank account administration
Assist in completing KYC/AML/FATCA documentation
Collaborate with accounting teams
Review and track global bank fees
Participate in special projects
