Must Have
understanding of procurement policies, tax compliance (e. g. , GST), financial controls related to Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs), Ability to review and interpret contracts or quotations, assess procurement requirements, ensure accurate PR creation in line with business needs and compliance standards, Effective communication with internal stakeholders (e. g. , Finance, Procurement, and business teams) and external vendors to ensure smooth PR processing and issue resolution, Proven ability to coordinate tasks, prioritize requisition activities, ensure timely creation, approval, and conversion of PRs into POs
Nice to Have
Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel skills (e. g. , Power Query, Pivot Tables), hands-on experience in raising and managing Purchase Requisitions (PRs), familiarity with systems such as Oracle NetSuite, Experience in handling PR processes across multiple entities, coordination for intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate allocation and eliminations where applicable
