What You'll Do.

Participate in all activities of the Finance and Operations Department

with particular focus on Billing

Contracts Administration

Business Travel organization and administration

Prepare and distribute accurate client invoices

ensuring that the billing process is executed in a timely and accurate manner

Cooperate with an external payroll provider to execute the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for ~300 people

Participate in other operational and/or legal activities such as customers’ and suppliers’ contracts administration

amendments and terminations of labor contracts

Record accounting transaction in Dreamix ERP system - Oracle E-Business Suite and support the month-end close

Support Dreamix colleagues on any financial and administration matters

Organize and administer international and local business travels

Collaborate actively with all internal departments and with colleagues across the Synechron group to ensure that financial and operational processes run smoothly; Support Dreamix colleagues on any financial and administration matters
