At least 5 years of proven experience in functional administration, governance or finance support, or staff coordination roles, in an international and/or public‑sector environment, Experience in drafting staff products such as point papers, decision briefs, RFIs or coordination documents for mid‑ to senior‑level managers or executives, Proven ability to consolidate inputs from multiple organisational elements into a single, coherent staff product, Experience in task coordination, workflow management, deadline tracking and reporting in complex organisational environments, including work in close proximity to senior decision‑makers, Excellent command of spoken and written English
