What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of Finance experience in RTR, financial close, or Finance operations, Degree in Accounting or CA, CPA, or ACCA in progress or completed
Nice to Have
SSC, Finance GPO, COE, or Finance operations exposure to M&A integration is preferred, Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt or above) or equivalent process improvement experience is highly valued

Reduce manual journals
Harmonize country processes
Prepare country process documentation
Monitor process dashboards
Flag exceptions to leadership
Coordinate automation implementation
Oversee UAT cycle tracking
Maintain automation register
Report efficiency improvements
Manage Finance PMI process coordination
Prepare process documentation for acquired entities
Manage integration milestone tracking
Prepare finance system cooperation reporting inputs
Connect PMI integration requirements to RTR standards
Support Finance COE cross-functional workstreams
Prepare materials for Finance leadership forums
Flex into new GPO workstreams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with SSC teams; Coordinate with Country Finance Leads; Coordinate with GTS; Coordinate with CFO office; Coordinate with GTS and SSC on automation implementation; Communicate status updates to business partners; Coordinate across teams in a multi-market environment
Communication Scope
Write well; Summarize well for senior business partners
Process & Methodology
End-to-end initiative ownership, Delivery tracking, Automation implementation oversight, Integration milestone tracking, Risk escalation
