You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. # **A Day in the Life** As a Finance Analyst in the Reporting, Analytics & Insights (RAI) COE within Global Finance at Medtronic, you will have an opportunity to contribute to the world’s largest medical device company. This dynamic role within a multicultural environment fosters career growth and is critical to driving digital transformation and operational excellence across financial operations. You will work closely with Finance, Data Science, and Engineering teams to develop interactive visualizations that drive data accessibility. This role requires an average of 3-4 days per week of overlapping working hours with the U.S. team to ensure seamless collaboration. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Leverage AI and automation to enhance financial analysis and reporting, including using generative AI for insight generation, variance explanations, and narrative reporting, and applying predictive techniques to support planning and decision-making. * Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with finance analysts, data engineers, and business users to gather requirements, validate output, and ensure the solutions meet business objectives. * Drive efficiency/improvement of related finance processes in support of the organization. * Continuous reflection on team processes to identify opportunities for improvement of business partnering impact and time efficiencies in personal and team finance support. * Ad hoc analysis and reporting to leadership, business partners and key stakeholders. **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Must have a full-time Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. * Must have 4-8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Analytics. * Experienc
