Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Finance Analyst** · Managing over all client locations budgeting and Processing all Vendors Tax Invoices · Check for all compliances and approvals and authorize invoices for forwarding to client for final approval. · **Preparing Cost Sheets and submitting to client for approval.** · **Preparation and submission of management reports/analysis as and when required by client Ø Expense tracking and invoice management through JDE Ø Preparation of Annual Budget** · **Ø Forecast, Cost Analysis & Accruals** · **Ø CAPEX & OPEX handling** · **Ø Preparation of budget vs Actual spends and ensure all expenses are within the approved budgets** · **Ø Taking all the necessary provisions** · Coordinate with client & JLL Finance team to ensure tact workplace financial structure. · Handle contracts and payment issue escalations with other concerned client teams. · Explore cost reduction measures to save on the budgeted costs. · Handle payment issue escalations of all the vendor. · Preparing monthly MIS and share it with client. · Check for all compliances and approvals and authorize invoices for forwarding to client for final approval. · Create & periodically update the FM –Accounts for client and lead the client accounts team for smooth execution to deliver on the agreed service standards. · Suggest vendors to creation of vendor panel. · Analyze, develop & maintain the record of all the direct and indirect contracts. · Coordi
