## **What You Will Be Doing** * Assist operations with forecasting and long-range planning activities while providing financial recommendations * Support the construction and management of budgets in collaboration with senior management teams * Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed * Handle finance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders * Support month-end and quarter-end close processes * Analyze financial and operational performance through modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis * Assist in compiling monthly forecasts for multiple business functions * Drive the development and documentation of procedures and best practices related to accounting and finance processes * Support the preparation of weekly bookings forecast and pipeline reports ## **What You Will Need to Succeed** * Ability to gather data from multiple sources and standardize reporting processes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities * Proficiency with electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and Microsoft Office applications * Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ## **Qualifications** * 2+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated success and knowledge * High school diploma required * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience **About Epicor** At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
