We are hiring **2 Finance Advice Analysts** to join our Manila team and support Group Finance stakeholders based in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will help deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality financial outputs while also contributing to process improvements, simplification, and automation. It is well-suited for candidates who enjoy combining strong finance fundamentals with continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration. ## ## What You Will Do * Support financial data coordination, consolidation, and reporting across recurring finance cycles * Provide analytical support for actuals, planning, and forecasting activities * Prepare variance analysis and reporting commentary to support finance decision-making * Work with stakeholders to improve reporting processes, simplify activities, and identify automation opportunities * Partner closely with senior Financial Controllers in the Netherlands to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely delivery ## ## What We Are Looking For * Background in finance, preferably with exposure to financial reporting, planning, analysis, or performance management * Strong Excel capability; experience with data transformation, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage * High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables with accuracy * Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environ
