What You'll Do.
Support regional finance team
Support operations team
Provide administrative service
Maintain processes to excellent standard
Deal with day-to-day cost reporting
Manage and process weekly payroll
Record purchase orders
Process and code invoices
Keep absence management records up to date
Administer stocks of uniforms
Administer operational stationary
Add new starters to training platforms
Administer self employed process
Process additional payments
Update vehicle mileage records
Financial reconciliation to depot reports
Carry out Driver Licence checks
Validate driver documentation
Validate Forklift Truck certificate checks
Organise refresher training
Administer fuel stocks and orders
Carry out local operational quality audits
Maintain operational controls
Comment on SOP of vehicles
Upload compliance documentation
Upload HGV documentation
Check driver reported defects
Support employee new starter onboarding
Carry out administrative tasks for Absence Management
Draft letters for D&G and AMP processes
Collate information for HR Admin
Process HR employee matters
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Regional Finance Team; Work closely with Fleet team; Work closely with P&T team; Work closely with Payroll team; Work closely with Depot Quality Manager
