Monthly requirement to work on the 1st and/or 2nd of the month for Act of Acceptance and Certificate of Residence processing and mailing

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (1-3 years), Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, Verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and the Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs), Ability to handle confidential information professionally, Must be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

Experience preferably within a finance or corporate environment, SAP experience

What You'll Do.

Collect mail and distribute to the appropriate Finance contacts

Assist with the review and transition of hard copy documentation to digital formats

Coordinate the internal signing and external mailing of Acts of Acceptance monthly/quarterly

Processing Certificates of residence for CIS and Latin America

Raising purchase orders & applicable receipts on SAP for department supplier invoices

Printing/collating documents for couriers / signatures

Manage ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the local Finance teams
