### **Finance & Accounting Manager (QuickBooks, Forecasting & Financial Operations) – Remote | U.S. Hours** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **About the Role** At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a **Finance & Accounting Manager** to own financial operations and support strategic business decision-making in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This is not a bookkeeping-only role. You will be responsible for: * Financial operations and accounting accuracy * Cash flow management and forecasting * Budgeting and financial analysis * KPI tracking and reporting * Supporting leadership with actionable financial insights This role combines hands-on accounting with forward-looking financial planning and operational support.
