Must Have

3–7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial operations, Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills including Financial modeling, Forecasting, Budget tracking, Reporting, Understanding of Financial statements, Accounting principles, Cash flow management, Excellent written and verbal English communication, Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice to Have

This is not a bookkeeping-only role. You will be responsible for: * Financial operations and accounting accuracy * Cash flow management and forecasting * Budgeting and financial analysis * KPI tracking and reporting * Supporting leadership with actionable financial insights This role combines hands-on accounting with forward-looking financial planning and operational support.
