Duties/Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, with variance commentary comparing actuals to budget and prior periods Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including gathering inputs from department heads, consolidating financial plans, and maintaining rolling forecasts Build and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, strategic planning, and investor or board-level reporting Partner with the Accounting team on month-end close activities, ensuring alignment between operational results and GAAP financial statements Support financial audits, tax preparation, and compliance reporting, serving as a key point of contact for information requests and documentation Assist in maintaining the integrity of the general ledger by reviewing account reconciliations and supporting journal entry preparation as needed Assist in the preparation of Board of Directors and executive-level presentations, translating financial data into clear narratives and actionable insights Track, maintain, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, ensuring leadership has timely and accurate visibility into business performance Serve as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams, providing financial context, answering budget-related questions, and supporting data-driven decision making Support prospect and customer contract reviews in collaboration with Sales and Legal, helping to assess deal economics, pricing structures, and revenue recognition implications Assist in the review and management of vendor
