This role provides financial leadership to the management team and ensures all records and reports comply with IFRS, JGAAP, and Air Liquide Group requirements. ## **職務内容** Ensure the compliance of all finance and accounting activities with international/local laws and Group governance principles. Manage the efficient utilization of cash, guarantees, and financial resources consistent with Group objectives. Assess and mitigate financial risks, including currency risks and foreign exchange hedging. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting (DCFF, liquidity, FX, cash) to Management and the Air Liquide Group. Coordinate the investment process, manage fixed assets, and monitor bank accounts and credit. Validate and approve payments and financial commitments according to the Power of Signature.
