Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years experience in assembly, test, and/or installation, Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical device, aviation, or military manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
Experience conducting structural, mechanical or electrical systems integration testing, Demonstrated ability to follow electromechanical test requirements, Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements, Experience with forklifts, cranes and heavy equipment, Demonstrated ability in reading/understanding technical drawings, work instructions and standard operating procedures, Knowledge of electrical, optical and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing and/or satellite components

Key job responsibilities - Champion safety requirements in all designated zones and work locations - Assemble and test with emphasis to detail, an assortment of avionic LRUs, electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber-optics, and PCBAs - Ensure lab equipment is maintained and calibrated - Supports some preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems - Identify equipment requirements, process improvements, maintain floor stock inventory - You will independently execute and prioritize work to meet company deliverables - Execute test procedures for component and system level testing maintenance - Receive shipments and coordinate deliveries with recipients (Using pallet jacks, kit carts, etc) - Your work may include contributing to improving SOPs and safety procedures Additional Requirements: - Willing to work all shifts (days, evenings
