What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 3+ years experience in assembly, test, and/or installation, Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical device, aviation, or military manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
Experience conducting structural, mechanical or electrical systems integration testing, Demonstrated ability to follow electromechanical test requirements, Experience working with FOD, ESD sensitive hardware and clean room requirements, Experience with forklifts, cranes and heavy equipment, Demonstrated ability in reading/understanding technical drawings, work instructions and standard operating procedures, Knowledge of electrical, optical and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing and/or satellite components
What You'll Do.
Champion safety requirements
Assemble avionic LRUs
Assemble electrical-mechanical assemblies
Test electrical-mechanical assemblies
Ensure lab equipment is maintained
Ensure lab equipment is calibrated
Support preventative maintenance on test equipment
Support preventative maintenance on data acquisition systems
Identify equipment requirements
Identify process improvements
Maintain floor stock inventory
Independently execute work
Execute test procedures
Coordinate deliveries
Contribute to improving SOPs
Contribute to improving safety procedures
