Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. ## **Your Role at Baxter** **This is where my hands make life-sustaining products** As a Final Inspection Technician you will perform visual inspections and conduct various functionality tests on all parts, assemblies, and products. ## **Your Team** You will be part of a highly skilled Quality Inspection and Production Support team that works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Line Support to ensure every product meets defined quality and performance standards. ## **What we offer from Day One** * Medical, Dental and Vision coverage * 160 hours of Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays (Part-Time will be prorated based on the hours you work) * 401K match * Employee Stock Purchase Program * Paid Parental Leave * Tuition Reimbursement ## **What You 'll Be Doing** * Perform visual inspections and conduct various functionality tests on all parts, assemblies, and products. * Conduct final inspection of completed product. * Ensure all parts, components and sub-assemblies print is accurate based on the latest revision * Give presentations to visitors as the need arises. * Maintain production inspection reports in a timely manner. * Analyze returned products for cause of failure and assist in repair of defect
