**Company:** Wasatch Labs **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** · Set up, operate, and adjust filling machines to ensure efficient and accurate product filling. · Monitor machine performance during production runs and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize downtime. · Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, including cleaning and sanitizing machinery according to company protocols. · Conduct weight checks, volume checks, and other quality control measures to ensure compliance with product specifications. · Identify and report any mechanical issues, product inconsistencies, or safety hazards to the supervisor or maintenance team. · Complete production records and batch documentation accurately and promptly. · Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety guidelines. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring compliance with sanitation standards. · Assist in the changeover of equipment for different products or batch sizes as required. · Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve any operational challenges. · Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. **Physical Demands and Work Environment:** · Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands and arms to operate equipment. · Frequently required to lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds. · Perform repetitive motions, including bending, reaching, and twisting, in a fast-paced production environment. · Work in an environment with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. · Specific vision requirements include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. **Minimum Qualifications:** · High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. · Previous experience in operating filling machines or working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceuticals. · Basic mec
