What You'll Do.
Perform and document Viaflex Filling In-process Checks
Prepare reports documenting production data
Maintain records of absenteeism
Perform rollstock changes
Ensure overpouch sealing equipment performs within quality guidelines
Perform minor adjustments to equipment
Requisition and gather proper hot stamps
Request and prepare shop packet
Input material usage for batches
Perform required quality checks as per SOP
Post correct data on batch boards
Post correct loading patterns
Perform adjustments to equipment
Change Rovema rolls and Teflon
Perform Filling Duties
Ensure overpouch equipment is running within quality specifications
Complete all necessary paperwork
Complete required tasks on computer systems
Perform line clearance
Perform start-up preparation
Complete documentation for samples
Obtain Cascade and Breakdown samples
Perform and document specified tests on line samples
Perform and document all required quality checks
Perform and document required system checks
understand and apply quality standards
Apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Apply Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Notify supervisor of issues
