Fighters Software Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Fighters Software Engineering Manager (Level K)** to join the Software Organization located in **Daytona Beach, FL.** This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization. The ideal candidate will lead a **** team of mission systems software engineers developing real-time embedded software for a Fighters Platform in an agile, collaborative environment. Engineers on the team develop software that is responsible for the Fighters mission system capabilities. Additionally, you will serve as a business owner on one of the program’s agile release trains. You will work closely with Program Management to perform on our contracts and have frequent customer interactions. The selected candidate will also be expected to demonstrate and promote successful collaboration and knowledge sharing between St. Louis and Daytona Beach to ensure successful execution from this new location.
