This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values safety, thrives in outdoor construction environments, and takes pride in contributing to successful project execution. This is a field-based position, with work performed primarily at active construction sites throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Candidates should expect daily travel between project locations and must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Occasional to frequent national travel may be required based on project needs and future assignments. **What You 'll Do** * Assist welders with all phases of field welding operations, including equipment setup, material preparation, and task execution. * Set up, organize, maintain, and retrieve welding support equipment, including welding machines, leads, extension cords, and related tools. * Perform grinding, cutting, cleaning, and preparation of raw and installed materials using hand and power tools. * Complete training and perform fire watch responsibilities during hot work activities, including monitoring work areas for potential hazards and following established safety and emergency procedures. * Load, unlo
