Eligibility Requirements

Must have a reliable vehicle for travel, Requirements are up to 50% of the time within upstate Seattle metro for post installation inspections (reimbursement for mileage provided)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

valid driver’s license, successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check

Nice to Have

Experience with Lighting, HVAC and water heating systems, energy efficiency and/or electrical systems and controls, Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changes quickly, Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast­ paced environment, Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information, Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors, Proficiency in MS Office Applications with demonstrated experience in Excel, Familiarity with other MS programs such as SharePoint and CRM

What You'll Do.

Coordinate all desktop quality assurance activities

Assist with the development

and implementation of QA/QC programs

Conduct QA investigations of non­conforming program contractors

Coordinate corrective actions

Maintain QA records using Sightline

Coordinating and implementing the Quality Care and Quality Assurance efforts for energy efficient programs in Seattle metro

Conducting desk review quality assurance/quality control of program partner reports

Developing and updating client reports and documents

Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

PDF forms and databases for internal tracking

Producing communications and other informative materials for subcontractors alongside changes to policies and procedures

Research on market trends and needs

Conducting field for custom projects and select utility projects

Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed

Liaising with subcontractors, stakeholders, and customer service representatives; Collaborating with team members to brainstorm ideas for process improvements; Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
