What You'll Do.
Coordinate all desktop quality assurance activities
Assist with the development
and implementation of QA/QC programs
Conduct QA investigations of nonconforming program contractors
Coordinate corrective actions
Maintain QA records using Sightline
Coordinating and implementing the Quality Care and Quality Assurance efforts for energy efficient programs in Seattle metro
Conducting desk review quality assurance/quality control of program partner reports
Developing and updating client reports and documents
Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
PDF forms and databases for internal tracking
Producing communications and other informative materials for subcontractors alongside changes to policies and procedures
Research on market trends and needs
Conducting field for custom projects and select utility projects
Other duties as required to support our work nationally and provide direct support to division leadership as needed

The selected candidates will coordinate all desktop quality assurance activities. In addition, they will assist with the development, documentation, and implementation of QA/QC programs, plans, and procedures.
