Travel Requirements: This role involves travelling 80% of the time, mainly domestic but at times also within North Europe (GB, Benelux, Nordics)., valid driver’s license
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor’s degree in audiology, minimum of 3 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing at least 2 in private and/or retail channels, valid driver’s license, HCPC registered/eligible to register, effective communicator who can speak in front of small and large groups, engage, educate and inspire using Adult Learning Principles, organised to maintain and balance your work and travel schedules, flexible enough in case ad hoc events are required to attend

Full Job Description
The GN Hearing IE team is expanding! We have a new opening for a **Field Training Audiologist in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland**. This is an exciting opportunity to start a fresh career with a fantastic team of Field Training Audiologists and sales team members, all while collaborating globally. **In this position** , you will deliver **high-quality training** to GN Hearing customers in IE/NI, focusing on the **measurable impact of training** and building commitment to our products. You will train **audiologists** across key accounts and public/private channels, ensuring they are **motivated, well-prepared, and confident** to recommend, fit, and adapt GN Hearing solutions. **About the team:** This role is about **inspiring confidence, building relationships, and creating real-world impact**. You’ll collaborate with the **North Europe team** to deliver engaging training and help customers support clients effectively. You will report to the **Head of Sales and Training (IE/NI)** and work closely with the **training team in GB** in a **collaborative and innovative environment**. **Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:** * Deliver impactful training sessions and workshops to audiologists across the region * Develop tailored training materials that bring our products to life * Act as a trusted partner between the sales team and hearing care professionals * Support product launches, onboarding, and key account activities * Use a variety of learning methods—both in-person and digital—to meet diverse needs * Collaborate with internal teams to align training with strategic goals **To perform well in the role, you must:** * Have a bachelor’s degree in audiology * Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in hearing aid dispensing at least 2 in private and/or retail channels * Have a valid driver’s license * Are HCPC registered/eligible to register * Be an effective communicator who can speak in front of small and large groups, engage, educate and inspire us
