7+ years of experience in the beauty industry, At least 3 years of experience as a Cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years as an Account Coordinator (or equivalent role), Experience working within ULTA, Bluemercury, Nordstrom, or similar retail environments, training and motivational abilities to develop high-performing sales teams, Proven experience in sales analysis, forecasting, and promotional impact evaluation, Keen eye for visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Ability to travel up to 45% of the time, including weekends, Valid driver’s license required
