subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided, Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, Field Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement, This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen, Employment is contingent on passing a background check, some roles require passing a drug test, depending on the job responsibilities
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must own tools applicable to position, Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools, Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams, Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills, Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle, Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely, Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, Field Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement, This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
Nice to Have
Trade school certificate preferred, Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
What You'll Do.
and monitor work orders
track machine service intervals
diagnose issues faster by pulling data from hundreds of makes and models
Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment
Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical
and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
Assist in the training of lower level technicians as needed
Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment
maintain service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
