That’s how we continue to achieve extraordinary things in extraordinary locations. **Job description:** **Purpose** To support hydrogeological and hydrological activities through high-quality data collection, analysis, and system understanding. The role focuses on data-driven water management, including water balance support, monitoring systems, and process improvement through digital tools and automation. **Key Responsibilities** · Monitor and capture: * Groundwater levels * Pumping and discharge volumes * Surface water flows and transfers * Storage volumes (dams, ponds, sumps) · Support the site-wide water balance, including: * Data validation and reconciliation * Identification of inconsistencies and gaps · Develop and maintain data systems and tools, including: * Automated spreadsheets / dashboards * Basic scripts for data processing and reporting * Structured data capture workflows · Assist with visualisation of water systems (GIS, schematics, dashboards) · Supervise contractors (drilling, installations) where required · Support hydrology and civil-related activities, including: * Stormwater and drainage monitoring * Pump station and pipeline checks * Liaise with technical teams across the operation **Qualifications** Diploma or Degree in one of the following: * Computer Science * Data Science * Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Water) * Hydrology / Hydrogeology **Experience** 0–3 years experience (graduates encouraged to apply) Demonstrated ability in: * Data analysis and problem-solving
