Join our talented team members worldwide to become a pioneer of tomorrow—because at LivaNova, **we don’t just treat conditions — we aspire to alter the course of lives.** **Job Summary** The purpose of this position is to ensure the highest possible satisfaction of users of LivaNova hardware (heart-lung machine Essenz and ATS) by providing rapid response to technical issues and delivering high-quality service. **Key Responsibilities** * 1st level support for LivaNova Essenz HLM (heart-lung machine) and ATS (autotransfusion device) * 1st level support for LivaNova data management * Database customization, network integration (HL7), and third-party device integration for LivaNova HLM * Timely preparation of service reports * Compliance with LivaNova guidelines * Independent planning and execution of incoming customer assignments **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Completed technical education, e.g., in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or biomedical engineering * Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken * Knowledge of hospital IT systems * Advanced knowledge of Windows and networking technologies * Ability to work independently * Customer-oriented approach * Commitment and flexibility * Valid driver’s license (Class B) * High willingness to travel (75%) ## **Welcome to impact.
