What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proactive, ownership-driven leader with the ability to anticipate issues, drive decisions on-site, and lead teams through complex deployments, Proven hands-on experience with data center infrastructure deployments, ideally in high-performance computing or AI-focused environments, understanding of data center operations including racking, structured cabling, power planning, and cooling considerations, Technical knowledge of GPU servers, compute nodes, storage platforms, and high-speed networking technologies, Experience working within project delivery frameworks, collaborating closely with Project Managers, and managing subcontractors or vendors, Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in on-site, time-critical environments, communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Ability to document processes, maintain tracking systems, and produce clear, structured deployment and status reports
Nice to Have
Understanding of construction projects structure and key risk factors in facility build-outs, Knowledge of HPC, Experience in business processes design or automation tools development, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar industry certifications
