Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, hands-on field experience, 5+ years of experience in software integration, testing, deployment, or system-level validation, understanding of computer systems and networking fundamentals, Experience working in software development and test environments, Experience supporting or deploying systems at customer sites or operational environments, Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-facing communication skills, Able and willing to travel up to 30% for field deployments and installations (primarily domestic, some international), Able and willing to work M-F 6:30AM – 3:30PM, US Citizenship is required
Nice to Have
Experience with control systems (SCADA, surveillance, access control), Familiarity with security or sensing hardware (cameras, radars, analytics platforms)
