Field Systems Engineer, Senior **The Opportunity:** Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical skills with big-picture thinking to make an impact on national security? As a Field Systems Engineer on our team, you will serve as a bridge between advanced technology and the warfighter. You understand that in the Counter-Unmanned Systems domain, the environment is as critical as the hardware. Your ability to deploy, calibrate, and troubleshoot complex sensor suites in the field makes you an integral part of delivering mission-critical situational awareness. You will help modernize Counter-Unmanned Systems capabilities and ensure our clients stay ahead of evolving threats. Join us. The world can't wait. **You Have:** * 5+ years of experience in systems or field engineering supporting mission-critical infrastructure or high-stakes large-scale deployments * Experience using Spectrum Analyzers such as Keysight, Rohde & Schwarz, or handheld analyzers to identify, characterize, and troubleshoot interference or signal masking in complex spectral environments * Experience with the physical installation, integration, and configuration of C-UxS sensors, including Radar, EO and IR cameras, and Electronic Warfare (EW) defeat systems * Knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) theory, including wave propagation, antenna gain, and signal-to-noise ratios * Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to various customer sites and test ranges * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a STEM field **Nice If You Have:** * Experience with Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and signal capture or processing * Experience with DoD or National Security programs * Experience conducting Site Surveys to optimize sensor placement based on Line of Sight (LOS) and RF obstructions * Experience with Tactical Networking including MANET and Link-16 or ADS-B integration for air track deconfliction * Knowledge of C-UxS specific platfo
