Eligibility Requirements

Regional travel required (primarily Southeastern U. S. , with a focus on Florida), Must possess a valid, unrestricted Florida driver’s license, Ability to lift and move 30–50 lbs of equipment

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, 3–6 years of experience in Electrical controls, 3–6 years of experience in RF communications, 3–6 years of experience in Computer systems and networking, Working knowledge of PLC programming and control logic, Working knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems, Working knowledge of SQL databases (queries, data entry, basic troubleshooting), Working knowledge of Linux operating systems (basic commands, navigation, troubleshooting), Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals, customer service and communication skills

Nice to Have

Advanced knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation, Experience with telemetry systems and industrial networking, Experience supporting database-driven or Linux-based control systems

What You'll Do.

providing technical support and troubleshooting for telemetry and control systems

support customers via phone

assist with field service coordination

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and perform initial problem identification and analysis of control equipment and systems

Troubleshoot and configure telemetry systems

and maintain data within SQL-based customer or system databases

Perform basic troubleshooting and navigation within Linux-based systems and environments

and work orders to determine repair tasks

and software to identify and resolve technical issues

Document troubleshooting activities

and action plans in the customer service database

Coordinate field service visits between customers and company personnel

Provide guidance and assist in training Level technicians

Follow established procedures while exercising independent judgment in problem-solving
