Must Have
High School Diploma or G. E. D., 2 + years in transportation, field operations, compliance, or vendor support roles, 1 + year’s experience in training others, Must possess a valid driver’s license

What You'll Do.
Conduct in-person driver onboarding and recertification training
Ensure drivers demonstrate understanding of safety
and compliance expectations
Provide ongoing education and corrective coaching
Perform in-person vehicle inspections
Identify non-compliance
and communicate corrective actions
Validate driver identity
Confirm driver eligibility and training completion
Serve as a field liaison between MTM
and transportation providers
Reinforce MTM expectations
and Virginia DMAS requirements
Escalate observed compliance risks
or repeat deficiencies
Maintain accurate records
Upload and manage documentation within TIMS (MTM Link)
Ensure records meet audit-readiness standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as a field liaison between MTM, regional offices, and transportation providers to support operational alignment and issue resolution
Communication Scope
interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way
