What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Telecommunications or IT engineering, Knowledge of Mobile Communications Systems and Networks, Professional experience in IP networking and firewalls, Hands-on experience with Enterprise Linux distributions, Hands-on experience with virtualization, Hands-on experience with microservices, Hands-on experience with containerization, Fluent Slovak, Good English language skills, Class driving license
Nice to Have
Professional experience in implementation or support of mobile telecommunications systems (2G, 3G, 4G, TETRA), Process and application knowledge in the use of trouble ticket systems, Process and application knowledge in the use of CRM systems
What You'll Do.
Tetrapol and Agnet networks
Perform upgrades and maintenance
Troubleshoot and plan upgrades
Raise cases to Level3
Coordinate with partners
Report within customer meetings
Provide on duty service
Give 7/24 emergency support
Support testbed customer testing
Support testbed internal tasks
Support pre-sales activities
