Full Job Description

# **Primary Location** Epping, VIC # **Job Description Summary** This role is responsible for supervising field delivery activity across an allocated portfolio of telecommunications construction and installation work. The Field Supervisor leads day-to-day field execution through subcontractor crews and field resources, ensuring work is delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements. Reporting to the State Delivery Manager or Senior Field Supervisor, the role performs site-based supervision, construction coordination, work order control and subcontractor performance management to support efficient delivery outcomes. The Field Supervisor ensures site conditions, scope requirements, safety expectations, materials, quality controls and completion standards are understood and met in the field. The role is accountable for field execution and supervision rather than broader program management.
