**Field Supervisor I - Drilling Services** **Would you like be a part of our regional Drilling Services Team** **Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?** **Join our innovating Field Service team** Our Drilling services Team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. **Partner with the best** Under broad direction provides resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the well site where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line(s) tool(s) and/or service. Work is evaluated upon completion by local Operations Management and the external Customer to ensure objectives have been met. **You will be responsible for:** * Acting as a project leader and mentors junior field engineers. * Providing direct instruction and supervision to junior field engineers on day-to-day well site work and activities. * Providing advice and direction to external customer and third-party wellsite colleagues as appropriate. * Executing other related duties as assigned. * Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. * Creating value for customer. **Fuel your passion.** To be successful in this role you will: * Have a Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics. * Have at least 2 years of experience in drilling operations as a DD supervisor. * DDx experience preferred. * Be skilled in drilling operations and applications * Able to identify the proper product and service for simple to complex applications * Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization. * Have excellent communication and presentation skills. * Have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to r
