Valid state licensing, if applicable, 21 years of age, High School Diploma or equivalent, Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test, operate access control system, utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email, customer service skills, professional demeanor and appearance, Experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications, performing in a medium to high pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands, report writing, surveillance and observation skills, above average written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public

What You'll Do.
Deter criminal activity and misconduct

Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions

Utilize a computer for incident reports
