Working toward a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalent, A valid Category driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable, Proven experience in the care sector, experience with MAR sheets & medication in a supervisory role, Knowledge and understanding of legislation & regulation specific to Health & Social Care including confidentiality, Equal Opportunities and GDPR, Confident in care management technology including providing support and training to Care Professionals, You have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship), Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Level 4 English and IT literate, Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients allowing them to continue to live in their own homes, Resilient, reliable, proactive with a can-do attitude with good communication skills and the ability to build a rapport, DBS on the Update Service, Support with Scheduling when required
What You'll Do.
Carry out spot checks

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, maintained, and compliant with CQC standards.
