What You'll Achieve.
Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards; Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations
Industry & Context.
Look for other necessary repairs, i. e, roofing, gutters, etc.
Ability to work overtime as needed, Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season, Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment, Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs., Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs, Daily travel in the home market, Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Supervise crew members on all projects including projects involving subcontractors
Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects
Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed
Look for other necessary repairs
Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations
Daily travel in the home market
Mentor and train crew members
