Must Have
4-year bachelor’s degree required, A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in Medical Sales or Surgical Tech, group presentation skills and experience in presenting clinical education, Ability to plan and deliver formal presentations (large and small groups), Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational planning skills, including time and territory management and structured thinking in clinical procedure settings, Analytical proficiency, MS Office, Word, Excel skill, Candidates must have a valid driver's license
Nice to Have
Operating Room Surgical Technologist certification preferred, 3 -5 years of experience preferred, Surgical leadership/management

Team & Collaboration
work collaboratively with our client’s field sales organization; collaboration with sales teams; work both as a partner with sales representative and autonomously in the field, as needed; develop relationships with customers, both clinical and non-clinical, and within the client’s Medtech team
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication; group presentation skills; experience in presenting clinical education; Ability to plan and deliver formal presentations (large and small groups)
