Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in electronic equipment maintenance and repair or related field., Proficiency in basic computer operations and common software applications., problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field., Ability to follow instruction, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines., verbal and written communication skills., Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills., Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documentation., Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in challenging environments (e. g. , crowded public stations, extreme temperatures, noisy areas, extended standing, and stair climbing)., Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, or holidays as needed., Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required., Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including DOT regulations for safety sensitive roles.
What You'll Do.
Install and perform maintenance and repairs on equipment.
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions using hand tools
Perform system checks to ensure operational readiness of devices.
Recommend improvements to circuitry or installation specifications to simplify assembly and maintenance.
Build cable assemblies and Printed Circuit Board (PCB’s) as required.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in compliance with contractual obligations.
Perform general maintenance
technical and semi-technical tasks not limited to electronics.
Develop technical skills through hands on learning and training.
