1 year of relevant experience in electronic equipment maintenance and repair or related field, Proficiency in basic computer operations and common software applications, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in the field, Ability to follow instruction, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, verbal and written communication skills, Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documentation, Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., working in challenging environments, Flexibility to work on-call, weekends, or holidays as needed, Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, submit to pre-employment drug and/or alcohol testing, random drug and/or alcohol testing
What You'll Do.
Install maintenance and repairs on equipment
Assist senior field technicians
Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
Perform system checks
Recommend improvements to circuitry
Build cable assemblies
Maintain accurate records
Provide support to customer agencies
Maintain client relationships
Troubleshoot hardware issues
Perform general maintenance tasks
Develop technical skills
Comply with safety policies
