2+ years of relevant technical experience, customer relationship and communication skills, Solid understanding of IP networking and Windows based systems, Technical knowledge of Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and SQL Server, Working understanding of general telephony and communication equipment, Clean background check and valid driver’s license, Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
Nice to Have
Experience with public safety communications, Technical skills related to radio or telephone communication systems, Background in technical support or field engineering

Manage customer projects from order to support
Ensure projects completed efficiently and accurately
Provide customer training on EXACOM applications
Perform telecommunications wiring
Perform hardware setup
Perform systems deployment
