Our reputation is built on engineering excellence, innovation, and exceptional customer service delivered by an outstanding team. ## Job Description As a Field Services Project Manager, you will play a key role within EXACOM’s Field and Support team, managing both large and small customer projects from initial order through final handoff to long‑term support. This role requires strong project leadership, hands‑on technical skills, and the ability to work directly with customers both remotely and onsite. You will ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard of customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Support. Key Responsibilities: * Travel to customer sites as needed to support project installations * Average of 50% travel required * Collaborate remotely with customers to plan and define project details * Effectively plan, track, manage, and close multiple projects simultaneously * Provide customer training on EXACOM applications * Perform telecommunications wiring, hardware setup, and systems deployment Required Qualifications : * 2+ years of relevant technical experience * Strong customer relationship and communication skills * Solid understanding of IP networking and Windows b
